As it warms, the Belgian yeast kicks in with spicy, pepper notes. The flavors of Belgian yeast earthiness, candy sugar sweetness, & a nice hop bitterness in the finish, ends with a spicy white pepper note as it warms up. Then, on your second sip, you start to feel the alcohol warmth kick in the back of the throat. This brew shows a beautiful clear deep amber color with an off white head.
