Help us celebrate the opening weeks of “America’s Pastime” with a beer dinner that will surely be a home run! Enjoy 5 beers and 4 baseball inspired meal courses for this exceptional journey around the bases. Call your bullpen, and bring your closer to this special night.

Meated Menu:

Meet and Greet Beer:   Copper Dome Pilsner

 

First Base:  Nacho Mama’s Nachos – Marta’s freshly made corn tortillas, fried golden, with Anasazi refried beans, red bell pepper pico de gallo, feta cheese, and a serrano chili sauce.

Beer Accompaniment: Uncle Duncle Dark

 

Second Base:  Sailor Jack’s Pretzel Bat – Christina’s house made pretzels, stuffed with cream cheese, coated with Cracker Jacks, and served with an aged cheddar dipping sauce.

Beer Accompaniment:  Session IPA

 

Third Base: Mike Lamb Dog – A classic style hot dog made with lamb, and nestled inside a fresh made bun, topped with house pickled jalapenos, and served with a side of veggie fries, and beer mustard.

Beer Accompaniment:  Tanline Brown

 

Home Plate: Going to the Bull Pen – We have taken our Rubezahl and reduced it down with sugar into a syrup. We then pour it over a cone of crushed ice. A grown up take on a childhood favorite.

Beer Accompaniment:  Sun Up Special R&D
